Small Group Training
Do you have a group of friends that what do get in shape? Workout together in a small group training session.
Groups of 2-6 people. Sessions will be held in various parks in town while the weather is nice, once it gets too cold to be outside groups will be moved to an indoor location. Groups are kept small to insure that every one still gets one on one training.
Group Prices
Group of 2 people = $32.00 each
Group of 3 people = $24.00 each
Group of 4 people = $19.00 each
Group of 5 people = $16.00 each
Group of 6 people = $14.00 each
Group training require a minimum of a 10 session commitment.
Personal Training Packages
In-Home, Parks, Holiday Inn (Portside Fitness) and other local fitness facilities
Single Session: $70.00
One session/week $60 each
Two sessions/week $50 each
Three sessions/week $45 each
Four or more sessions/week $40 each
Mileage may apply for in-home training
All package fees must be paid prior to the start date.
SPORTS CONDITIONING

Ask about my sports team training. I do pre season conditioning, off ice/field training and motivational nutrition workshops for sports teams.
