I just wanted to say a huge thank you for what you’ve made possible for me.  I am in better shape than I’ve ever been in.  I feel strong, energetic and enthusiastic about my life. 
  While I had never struggled with my weight prior to my mid 30’s, I can’t say that my approach was always a healthy one.  When I hit about 35 yrs old, I had about 20 extra pounds to lose that just didn’t want to budge.  I tried my usual methods to take it off and none of it seemed to work very well or for very long.  I had begun to believe that maybe the shape I was in was a result of my age and that maybe there was nothing I could do about it.
You taught me about adding muscle to my frame-not “manly” muscle but sculpted feminine muscle to burn more calories when I am sitting around watching TV or hanging out with my family.  You showed me how strength, endurance, and flexibility exercises along with proper nutrition would work together to help me reach my goals faster.
Your work-smarter- not-harder approach meant that I could see results sooner without spending endless hours at the gym.  The result was that not only did I lose the 20 pounds within a few months, but I went from a size 10 to a size 2 all without restricting calories.
Not only do I feel good in my clothes, but I feel good in my skin.  Thank you so much, I couldn’t have done it without you.

I am writing this letter to show you how Brian has made a profound impact on my life.  Before joining the gym at the YMCA, I weighed approximately 310 pounds!  I was reserved, shy and very embarrassed to go out in public.  The girl at the front desk gave me a tour and then asked me if I would like to have a trainer.  I hesitated at first, being that I was embarrassed of my size.  I finally agreed and I was introduced to Brian Carty.   First we talked about diet and nutrition.  He explained the importance of making healthy choices.  He was very professional and made me feel at ease.

     He listened to my concerns and then set up a program specifically designed for my needs.  He has turned out to be a great motivator.  When I started, it was in April 2007.  Now I have lost a total of 118 pounds, dropped 10 sizes and still counting!  It is now just October 2007.   I plan to reach my goal of 135 pounds and I feel I will have no problem thanks to Brian's patience and kindness.  I am now working in a very fast-paced catering and deli restaurant.  I work closely with the public and now have the confidence I needed to do so.  For anyone who is looking for an exercise program, and a way to lose weight, I would highly recommend Brian Carty as your trainer.

Hey Brian,

Guess What?!

You know how very recently I was lamenting my inability to wear my little black dresses?  Well, I decided to try them on this morning since I've finally lost 5lbs, and they fit quite well-much to my surprise.  In fact, I've picked one to wear when I go out with my sister on Friday.

You don't know how good this feels after a dismal shopping excursion last weekend.  I needed this boost to push harder.

Thanks a bunch for working with me; I would not have worked this hard on my own.
